In 2018, I began a partnership with Nori hoping to channel my passion for regenerative farming into an opportunity for people around the world to make meaningful climate change. It’s been an incredible two years of growth and change.

Every individual and company that’s purchased carbon credits produced by Harborview Farms has become my support system. As a cyclist, I think of them as my peloton—together, we move forward against the wind as a team, building momentum and looking ahead. It’s that team spirit that inspires me to experiment and innovate, and find new ways to make the farm as carbon smart as possible.

On the ground, each purchase of carbon credits is a tangible investment that provides my team at Harborview with the tools and technology we need to maintain the way we farm. The extra budget might buy extra seeds for a new, pollinator-friendly cover crop mix, plating attachments or other innovative equipment. And that practical support doesn’t go unnoticed. For other, more traditional farmers, it’s a real incentive to change their ways as well.

From all of us here at Harborview Farms, if you are someone that purchased a Nori carbon removal credit, we thank you for your support and your investment. Together, we’re farming towards a better, more sustainable future—for the environment, and for our farms, and for ourselves.
